Fast Track

Our fast track service allows the preparation of urgent Accounts within 3 working days. Where necessary we can provide a 24 hours service. This service is at no extra cost but prior notification is helpful.

On settlement of an action we can handle all aspects of expenses from preparation, intimation and adjustment/taxation of a Judicial Account of Expenses through to preparation of Agent/Client Accounts and/or Legal Aid Accounts if necessary.

Settlement Negotiations

In today's highly litigious world it is becoming increasingly more important for clients to know the level of damages that they will receive after settlement has been achieved and the issue of legal expenses dealt with.
