We consider AQP have unrivalled experience in dealing with the feeing of Trust and Executry Accounts for the Legal Profession. Our Trust and Executry Team is led by two Directors, Mark Traynor and Stephen Johnston who are very ably assisted by our Consultant, Peter Traynor. Peter has been feeing Trust and Executry files for over 40 years and has experienced taxation of such Accounts before a number of Auditors the length and breadth of the country. We have a number of fee earners who work in the Department.
You will be aware of potential changes next year whereby Sheriff Court Auditors and Sheriff Clerks will no longer be able to fee Private Client files.
