We consider AQP have unrivalled experience in dealing with the feeing of Trust and Executry Accounts for the Legal Profession. Our Trust and Executry Team is led by two Directors, Mark Traynor and Stephen Johnston who are very ably assisted by our Consultant, Peter Traynor. Peter has been feeing Trust and Executry files for over 40 years and has experienced taxation of such Accounts before a number of Auditors the length and breadth of the country. We have a number of fee earners who work in the Department.

You will be aware of potential changes next year whereby Sheriff Court Auditors and Sheriff Clerks will no longer be able to fee Private Client files. AQP are ready to step in and ensure that your business is not effected by the change. We are sure that our many Trust and Executry clients will agree that our quality seven day service is unbeatable.

AQP selected to pilot Legal Aid Online for Law Accountants

AQP are delighted to have been selected to work with SLAB in piloting Law Accountant access to Legal Aid Online. As a firm who have invested heavily over the years in creating a specialised and bespoke accounting program specific to the needs of our clients we are delighted to have worked with SLAB over the last couple of years in considering ways in which our system can be integrated with their own to allow us to continue to provide an exceptional service to the Legal Profession.

The introduction of Law Accountant access can only assist the profession in ensuring a more efficient, streamlined approach to preparation and submission of accounts. Our sizeable and very experienced Legal Aid team are looking forward to working with the new system to the benefit of all our clients and indeed any firm who wishes to experience the efficiency and quality of the AQP product.
