Fast Track
Our fast track service allows the preparation of urgent Accounts within 3 working days. Where necessary we can provide a 24 hours service. This service is at no extra cost but prior notification is helpful.

All Inclusive Service
On settlement of an action we can handle all aspects of expenses from preparation, intimation and adjustment/taxation of a Judicial Account of Expenses through to preparation of Agent/Client Accounts and/or Legal Aid Accounts if necessary.

Settlement Negotiations
In today's highly litigious world it is becoming increasingly more important for clients to know the level of damages that they will receive after settlement has been achieved and the issue of legal expenses dealt with. We are able to provide advice on the likely Judicial and Agent/Client recoveries to assist in settlement negotiations. We are also available to attend at consultations or Court on the morning of Proof to assist in that regard.

Courier Service
We have our own dedicated courier for uplifting and delivering files. Our courier's regular schedule is:

Tuesday - Perth/Fife/Edinburgh
Wednesday - Peterhead/Aberdeen/Dundee
Thursday - Edinburgh
Friday - Edinburgh

In-House Feeing
Often our Agents find that assistance with preparation of Accounts is best done within their own offices. In cases of exceptional volume or confidentiality, this service can prove invaluable.
